I know a lot of people hate mornings, and the thought of getting up early and having a big ol’ breakfast is their worst nightmare. But not me, I am definitely a breakfast lover. What’s not to love? Bowls of nice cream, smoothie bowls, chia pudding, pancake stacks, the possibilities are endless, and all are seriously delicious! It’s such an important meal; It wakes up your body, gives you energy for the day and kick starts your metabolism. You should honestly NEVER skip breakfast.
But on the weekdays I hardly have time for extravagant meals… I barely get out the door when I need to. The mornings just seem to go so fast and there’s always 1,000 other things to do.
That’s why I need a quick go-to breakfast that I can have when I’m in a rush. And honestly, I’m not a massive cereal lover. Most of the time they just fill you up for about an hour, then you find that you’re starving again and just end up snacking all morning. And most are so full of rubbish that they’re about as good for you as eating a packet of biscuits. Of course not all cereal is like this, but a lot of them are.
