Breakfast has always been my favourite meal of the day. Pancake stacks, waffles, brioche, or even just a big bowl of fruit with a coffee on the side. I always felt like there were so many options available, and they were all so delicious. Even if you were in a rush, it was so easy to just grab a croissant and go, or have a quick bowl of cereal.
But now, I honestly kinda hate it. I’ve found that there’s just such a small choice for me, and most of it is completely gross, not to mention ridiculously expensive! Now, I find that most mornings I actually end up skipping breakfast, and my favourite meal has slowly become my worst. Great! But, I got really fed up with this. Your mornings should be exciting and full of great food, not disappointment with an added feeling of hunger.
