Raw Apricot Snack Bites
Lightly rolled in poppy seeds, these are sweet, tangy and completely moreish. I love little bite sized snacks, which are easy to grab and go… and these little balls are perfect! Raw, vegan and can be made completely Gluten Free! Easy to make with only a few ingredients, they’re the perfect fuel all day 💛

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a dough like consistency is formed. It’s fine if there are still a few chunks left in the mixture.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls, and gently roll them in poppy seeds until lightly covered
  3. Place on grease proof paper in an airtight container and put them in the fridge for roughly 30 minutes, to allow them to set
  4. Store in the fridge until desired. For best results, allow the snacks to warm up slightly before eating
