Maple Parsnips
Sweet and succulent parsnips lightly coated in maple syrup, a little olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Lightly fried until golden brown and absolutely delicious! Perfect on the side of your favourite meal, Christmas dinner or Sunday lunch.

  1. Place the parsnips in a saucepan and completely cover with water. Bring to the boil until just soft, drain and place in a saucepan.
  2. Drizzle the maple syrup and oil over the parsnips and mix together, coating each parsnip then sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  3. Over a medium heat fry the parsnips until they look cooked and are starting to turn brown.
  4. Remove from the heat and season with a salt to taste. Add to the side of your favourite dish and enjoy!
