Bananas – Superfood Spotlight
Smooth, creamy and completely delicious! This fuss free dessert takes about 3 minutes to make and is the ultimate guilt free indulgence come pudding time. I always make sure that I have a batch of frozen bananas in my freezer, ready to be whizzed up.

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender, and allow to sit for roughly 5 minutes. This will make it easier and quicker to blend together
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until a smooth, creamy consistency has been reached. Place into a bowl and enjoy straight away! I’ve garnished mine with date syrup and fresh raspberries but feel free to add your favourite toppings.
Recipe Notes

If you wish to add in any additional flavours (fruit, spices…), then place them in the bender at the beginning along with the frozen banana.

This recipe doesn’t re-freeze well, eat straight away before it melts!
