These no bake chocolate bites are one of my family’s favourite recipes. A super simple no bake recipe made using only 4 ingredients and can be put together in about 10 minutes. All you need is a food processor or blender and you’re good to go. It’s quick, delicious and they’re so completely moreish!
Made using chocolate, unsalted butter, dried dates and oats. If needed, you can substitute these for gluten free oats. These little balls make the perfect anytime snack and the recipe and making process really couldn’t be easier. Simply place all of the ingredients into your blender or food processor and mix it all together. You can either blend it together until it’s all smooth, or leave it a little bit crunchy. This part is completely up to you. Make sure that you blend it until it starts to mix and come together, but you can really stop whenever you’re happy with the consistency. I change it every time I make these as I love them both smooth and slightly chunkier.

You can also use any type of chocolate to make these. I opt for a milk chocolate, but you could choose whichever is your favourite. This can be in a bar form that broken up, chocolate buttons or even some left over Easter eggs!
Once mixed and your desired consistency has been reached, it’s time to roll into balls. Take a small handful of the mixture and roll into a ball. Put the rolled balls on a plate and place this in the fridge. This step is crucial as it helps to firm up the balls. Leave them in the fridge for at least an hour or until they’ve hardened. Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for roughly 3-5 days, but these have never lasted that long in my house!
